The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day human resources functions, including new hire orientation, employee communications, employee benefits, legal compliance, performance management process; and administration of HR processes and programs. CNB St. Louis Bank has a great opportunity for a motivated, community oriented, dedicated individual interested in joining the HR team and growing with the bank. The role of this position will assist in the administration of HR processes and programs for the bank to provide excellent support to employees.
