Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients
Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions
Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits
Oversee core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery
Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members
Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth
Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded
Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws
Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices
Address risks before they become problems
Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction
Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability
Align HR strategies with broader business goals
Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams
Support onboarding/offboarding of clients
Be a trusted resource for HR best practices
