Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a management or supervisory role, or equivalent education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain applicant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct professional and engaging onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintain personnel files and perform monthly audits to comply with federal and state laws.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination and severance letters.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans, including annual open enrollment and employee communication.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 requirements and conduct periodic audits.
  • Maintain compliance with state-specific human resource laws and legislation.
  • Compile and report statistical data to agencies such as EEOC, OSHA, and DOL as required.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment through daily activities and employee engagement.
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, staff, and external partners, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Participate actively in meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
