The role involves interpreting policies and procedures and providing guidance on various human resource functions, including benefits, leave administration, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), payroll, human resource transactions, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and workers’ compensation. The analyst is also responsible for resolving issues that arise between Human Resources and other departments such as Payroll, Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM), Budget, and Department of Accounts (DOA). Additionally, the role emphasizes fostering a positive environment and improving customer service delivery through creative means.
