About The Position

Emergo by UL’s HFR&D team is an industry leader in providing user research, user
interface design, usability testing and other human factors consulting services
to its clients. Many of the world’s leading medical device and pharmaceutical

the research, design, and evaluation of the user interfaces of medical devices,
pharmaceutical devices, diagnostics and laboratory instruments. Our research and
design portfolio include products and systems such as robotic-assisted surgery
systems, imaging devices, autoinjectors, inhalers, ventilators, mobile medical
apps, laboratory instruments and in vitro diagnostic devices. As a member of the
