The Human Factors Engineering Intern will support the Active Implantable Systems (AIS) organization, which includes Cardiac Rhythm Management and Urology product portfolios. The intern will work closely with Human Factors engineers and cross-functional partners to support usability engineering activities for medical devices, helping ensure products are safe, effective, and user-centered throughout the development lifecycle. This role is intended to be flexible and may include a variety of Human Factors–related projects depending on business needs and intern interests.
