About The Position

14381 – Human-Centered Design Consultant (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation (6-10 years).
• Experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Salesforce projects.
• Experience in HCD methodologies such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis.
• Experience with Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and user experience best practices.
• Experience conducting usability testing and using research methods to validate designs.
• Experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning Design.
• Experience with project management processes and principles
• Experience in IT budget forecasting, and proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement IT solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and documentation.
• Lead and execute usability testing, experience benchmarking, and user research to validate Salesforce solution effectiveness.
• Develop personas, journey maps, storyboards, and conceptual designs to support human‑centered solution development.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user behavior analysis and root‑cause analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including IT, business stakeholders, QA, and design teams—to ensure user‑centric and technically feasible solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance, ensuring implemented systems meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.
