About The Position

About the Role Inizio Engage Patient Solutions is seeking a Director, HUB Finance to serve as the strategic financial leader supporting our growing Patient Solutions, full-service HUB + Non-Commercial Pharmacy (NCP) business. This role partners closely with the Executive, Operations, Client Services, Business Development, and Division & Group Finance to drive profitable growth, operational insight, and financial excellence across our portfolio of manufacturer-supported programs. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and client reporting for HUB services—shaping financial decisions that directly impact our clients, patients, and internal teams. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on both operational strategy and commercial outcomes. In fact, as we ‘start-up’ certain aspects of our services, you will play a key, hands-on role to help us build them. What You’ll Do Serve as the key financial advisor to Patient Solutions, HUB and Client Services leadership, translating trends and operational needs into financial insight. Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and revenue/margin modeling for all HUB programs. Provide expert input to develop and govern pricing models, rate structures, and financial assumptions for new business proposals and client renewals. Oversee client financial reporting, management reporting packages, invoice accuracy, and program-level profitability. Strengthen financial processes, dashboards, and KPIs that support scalability. Partner with Operations, People & Culture, and Data & Analytics to optimize cost-to-serve, staffing efficiency, and forecasting accuracy. Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team. What You Bring You are pro-active, transparent & resilient. Experience in patient solutions (access, affordability, adherence), full HUB services, specialty and/or non-commercial pharmacy are required. Proven success in FP&A, financial modeling, accounting and client financial management within a services-based business. Experience building out a service line or in a private-equity backed environment is also a plus. Strong business acumen with experience partnering directly with operations and client teams. Ability to communicate financial concepts simply and influence decision-making at all levels. Proven track record building scalable financial frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Requirements

You are pro-active, transparent & resilient.
Experience in patient solutions (access, affordability, adherence), full HUB services, specialty and/or non-commercial pharmacy are required.
Proven success in FP&A, financial modeling, accounting and client financial management within a services-based business.
Strong business acumen with experience partnering directly with operations and client teams.
Ability to communicate financial concepts simply and influence decision-making at all levels.
Proven track record building scalable financial frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
