About The Position

The Healthcare Technology Project Coordinator applies both technology, analytic
and management skills to assist and collaborate with medical and allied health
staff in activities which support the Division’s mission and goals. To qualify
for this position, the individual must be a high performing technologist or
technician with excellent organizational skills: be able to accurately collect,
analyze and draw appropriate conclusions from large data sets; have exceptional
interpersonal relationship skills for interaction with all levels of medical
staff and allied-health personnel; possess good written and oral communication
skills; be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision; and
be able to flex work days and/or hours to meet changing workload demands and
needs. The individual must have exceptional computer skills, and be proficient
with Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Excel, Visio, and
PowerPoint. A working knowledge of all types of medical equipment, and the
current Mayo medical equipment inventory/fleet, is essential.

• Back-up administrative support and leadership roles for section head and work unit managers
