Work you'll do As a Manager in the GPS HST Technology group, you will: Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope Collaborate with clients to understand and document business and technical requirements related to SNAP, and TANF, programs Design and implement solutions to address compliance, error reduction, and process optimization in line with federal and state mandates Lead and manage the Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) phases of Integrated Eligibility projects Apply deep functional and technical knowledge of E&E, including eligibility modules, interface modules, and work requirement modules Ensure successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, driving measurable improvements in program performance Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate effective communication, and align project objectives with organizational goals The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes—is designed for impact.
