The opportunity: The Ernst & Young (EY) Government & Public Sector (GPS) Digital practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation. To achieve this mission, a diverse and talented team from around the globe are creating innovative digital experiences that help our clients succeed and thrive. Your key responsibilities: Our HSPD and Enrollment Specialist will provide support and assistance within a credential issuance facility. The specialist will manage consumables inventory, equipment inventory, and protects these items within the guidelines of HSPD-12 policy directives. This includes supporting the lifecycle of credentials from sponsorship through revocation. You’ll also: Assist end users with first tier troubleshooting and maintains records of all interactions with the use of a ticket tracking program Escalate any issues that cannot be remedied to second-tier support personnel and ensures all remedies are captured for future reference Provide services to support issuance such as document storage, fingerprint capture, and verification of biographic and biometric data Manage the HSPD-12 lost/stolen/compromised PIV card process to include providing instructions to users, tracking and monitoring submitted Reports of Surveys (ROS) Maintain knowledge of Logical Access Control Systems and PACS registration, use, issues, and remedies to assist end users Maintain Service Line Agreements for interaction with users and ticket closure timeliness. Enrolls and removes PIV credentials in CISA’s Physical Access Control System (PACS) workstation and assigns or removes pre-programed access classes to PIV records Use a workstation to generate access reports based on datapoints for example door readers, time periods, or access classes Assigns credentials to CISA personnel records, enrolls credentials using a web-based portal and assigns pre-programed access classes to the credential record using a web-based portal. Troubleshoot low level PIV credential failures as they occur. Performs, prepares, and processes security support actions relating to HSPD-12 program management, project management support and technical support Create/brief statistical reports regarding services rendered for leadership knowledge and use Perform other duties as assigned Skills and attributes for success: You will ideally have previous exposure to technology consulting, and a keen interest in collaborating with the U.S. government and Public sector. You should have strong communication skills, and business and technology acumen, and have a passion for delivering value to our clients.
