All rights reserved.Job PurposeThe Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) role is responsible for leading and supporting all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs at a single manufacturing site of approximately 30–35 employees. Under the direction of the Site Manager and MPY HSE&S Manager, this position ensures full compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations, corporate policies, and permit requirements. The role serves as the site’s primary liaison with regulatory agencies, drives continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance, manages hazardous waste and emergency response programs, and provides leadership in training, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Through proactive engagement, strong safety leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, this position promotes a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace while supporting global HSE&S initiatives and site-specific operational goals.
