About The Position

The HSE Representative is responsible for promoting a safe and environmentally compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role supports daily operations by identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and reinforcing a strong safety culture across the workforce.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; degree in safety, environmental science, or related field preferred
2+ years of HSE or safety experience (oil & gas, construction, or industrial setting preferred)
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in field environments and adapt to varying conditions
Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, fit for duty and agility.

Responsibilities

Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and job site evaluations
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions
Lead and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions
Monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports
Support Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and risk assessments for ongoing operations
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting logs
Assist with emergency response planning and drills
Serve as a point of contact for safety-related concerns and guidance
