We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HSE Manager to lead and elevate our Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across the organization. Develop, implement, and verify global HSE standards, policies, procedures, and processes Develop, monitor, drive, and report HSE performance metrics and status reviews, using data to improve HSE performance Provide in-the-field coaching and training to implement and verify HSE standards and practices Manage HSE documentation, including procedures, processes, and records Expert-level expertise to develop, implement, and audit management systems such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and NEBOSH frameworks, with strong regulatory compliance and technical proficiency In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international HSE laws and regulations, including OSHA, EPA, UK HSE Executive, EU-OSHA, and applicable industry standards Strong skills to develop and execute risk assessments, including Bowtie, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Hazard and Operability Studies, as well as hazard control and incident investigation methodologies such as Fishbone, TapRoot, and 5 Whys Expert-level experience to develop and implement regulatory and industry best-practice compliance across all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment Ability to analyze complex HSE data to make informed decisions and drive continuous safety improvements Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly Conduct internal and external audits, including responsibilities as a lead auditor
