The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Program Manager at PTx is responsible for ensuring compliance with State and Federal standards in all operations at the Company’s GMP Manufacturing plant in Lynnwood, Washington, the Massachusetts Headquarters, and remote work locations. This position will routinely assess and analyze health, safety, and environmental risk, then develop and implement policies and procedures to reduce or mitigate risk, oversee safety training, conduct routine inspections and internal audits, manage external auditors, investigate safety incidents, and maintain documentation. The role focuses on reducing safety risks, protecting employees, and minimizing environmental impact.
