Position Summary Responsible for the full lifecycle of an internal knowledge-sharing website, focusing on organizing and presenting technical compliance documents for easy access by company confidential internal engineers. Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Website/Portal Development: Design, build, and deploy an internal website or digital portal (e.g., SharePoint, or leveraging tools like Power Apps) to serve as the central repository for compliance engineering documents and standards.
• Content Management: Work closely with engineering and compliance teams to collect, organize, classify, and index technical papers, reports, and standards.
• Technical Editing: Review and edit technical papers for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to company confidential style guidelines, ensuring all documents are professional and ready for publication on the website.
• User Experience (UX): Implement a logical structure, search functionality, and intuitive navigation to optimize the engineer user experience.
• Maintenance & Support: Ensure the site is well-maintained, links are current, and the document library is regularly updated.
