About The Position
HSE & Facilities Intern located in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska is responsible for supporting the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function by performing secretarial and administrative duties, including complex and confidential assignments.
Requirements
- HSE & Facilities expereince preferred
- Local candidates only, we will not provide transportation outside of Alaska.
- Must have authorization to work in US, will not sponsor VISA
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HSE staff, including secretarial duties such as filing, data input and reports.
- Provide timely and accurate record keeping.
- Assist with maintaining and compiling HSE information.
- Perform HSE related duties necessary for successful operation of the HSE function.
