About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. 2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. 3. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current practices, collecting employee feedback, and suggesting efficiency enhancements. 4. Coordinate and lead HSE training sessions for staff to ensure awareness and understanding of safety protocols. 5. Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and compliance forms. 6. Collaborate with management to develop safety plans and policies. 7. Maintain ISO 14001 and 50001 certification 8. Act as a liaison between employees and management on safety-related concerns, fostering a culture of open communication and safety-first mentality. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: (Schooling and/or equivalent experience required) 1. High School diploma or equivalent required. 2. Prior experience in a safety-related role or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred but not mandatory. 3. Certification in HSE or related field is a plus. 4.
