About The Position

Responsibilities: Administer Contractor safety program, consist of sending out contractor packets, makes sure to get certificate of liability insurance and current yearly. Assist in ISO 14001 Environmental Management & ISO 45001 OH&S management system participating in External Audit and internal Audits. Maintain and updating document control (QSI) for ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OH&S) and maintenance program. Manage yearly reviews of documents current and obsolete old. Implementing new procedures and documents driven from Corporate HSE and OSHA requirements. Assist site in incidents, near miss and accident investigations. Assist with tracking corrective and preventive actions. Assist site with ENABLON by entering incidents, near misses and accidents. Maintain forklift, fall protection, arch flash gear, ladders, hoist, eye wash stations, AED, and other inspection program. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two-year degree in related field preferred. Experience in project management / team leadership. Good communications skills, both verbal and written to various levels of the organization and external stakeholders (i.e. Auditors, Customers, Suppliers, and public speaking). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams and Word). Ability to operate office equipment (i.e. copier scanner/fax and laminator). Ability to understand/interpret preventative maintenance documentation (i.e. PM forms, PM schedules and machine manuals). Flexibility to assume other duties / modified schedules (start and stop times). Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
