About The Position
This position is responsible for the on -site execution and supervision of HRSG and boiler outage projects at combined cycle gas power plants. The Project Superintendent will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This position reports to the Project Manager and plays a key role in ensuring successful project delivery for outage services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in power generation, with a strong background in HRSG or boiler outage work
- Proven leadership in managing field crews and subcontractors on industrial job sites
- Strong understanding of outage planning, safety protocols, and quality control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, scopes of work, and project schedules
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed (up to 65%)
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Estimators, and Client Representatives
