About The Position

What you will be doing: Interact with business and HR unit leaders/SMEs and internal customers to determine system requirements and project objectives. Maintain and evolve system configurations; conduct audits to ensure accuracy and efficacy of business processes. Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, research and test solutions, and escalate issues. Configure and execute HR technology projects. Perform HRIS core functions including implementation of new modules, security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads, user management, integrations, feature testing, and upgrades including change management. Develop knowledge, expertise, and configuration responsibilities in one or more areas and possess good knowledge in core HCM and preferably in one or more areas in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Recruiting. Collaborate in developing the roadmap for respective technologies and workstreams. Follow the release process for push and opt-in feature enhancements; support the bi-annual release testing process. Support annual HR cycle activities and launches. Follow internal change management protocols including the creation of change requests for any system changes; and best practices for documentation and testing; follow SOX compliance guidelines and ensure the highest confidentiality of employee personnel data. Serve as a data steward to ensure HR systems meet data integrity and architectural requirements across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday product configuration.
  • Knowledge of HR data integration projects and data management.
  • Ability to perform under limited supervision and with independent decision-making.
  • Good knowledge of core HCM and preferably in one or more areas including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Recruiting.
