If you love optimizing HR systems and efficiency, come and help drive digital transformation within our global HR function! The HRIS Specialist, being part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) – HR Projects and People Analytics will support, enhance, and optimize our HRIS ecosystem—primarily Workday. In this role, you’ll ensure system performance, deliver insightful reporting, and contribute to process automation and end-user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR
  • 3 to 5 years prior experience with at least 3 years in working with HR systems – Workday preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and systems troubleshooting.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent self-management skills.
  • Sound communicator; English proficiency verbal & writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of multiple Workday modules is an asset.
  • Other languages are an asset

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports in our HRIS (Workday) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of new system functionalities and integrations.
  • Lead user support initiatives, including training, documentation, and change communication.
  • Act as change champion in the roll-out and deployment of new modules
