About The Position

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS) for over 1500+ employees in two companies. Essential Accountabilities: Collect and analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes. Identify, recommend, configure, and assess HR system updates and enhancements through user acceptance testing (UAT) etc. Recommend and implement ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department. Creates and modifies process flow diagrams. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Conducts audits to ensure data integrity. Manages user accounts and permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology Department (IT), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation Collaborates with IT department on projects requiring HR technical resources and security administration. Build. Generate and maintain HR system dashboards, queries, and ad hoc reports. 10. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred in HR, information Systems or a related field of study.
  • Minimum two years HRIS experience preferably in a Human Resources setting.
  • Experience in generating queries and ad hoc reports, creating interface files and data feeds.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize essential.
