About The Position

Serves as a member the Human Resources team by providing accurate and timely information to coworkers, employees and managers. Consistent, great customer service is essential. Responsible for entering and processing all new hire paperwork, active employee status changes and terminated employee paperwork. Consistently audits and maintains the integrity and consistency of employee information that is entered in the HRIS system. Ensures that all types of paperwork is completed appropriately and includes all applicable components. Works various reports to maintain the integrity of and the employee history in the HRIS system.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred from an accredited university or college, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources, Customer Service or Data Entry position.
  • Comparable combinations of education and experience considered.
