This HRIS Specialist position at Nationwide Children's Hospital involves analyzing, developing, and implementing information system projects and reports for HR/Payroll and other internal customers. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining HR information, including implementation, testing, training, problem-resolution, auditing, data analysis, and administration of the Workday HCM system. The specialist will also assist with system implementation, configuration, testing, training, auditing, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS systems across all HR and Payroll functions, serving as a backup for other HRIS Systems Analysts for Workday HCM modules. Key tasks include identifying, developing, and programming system enhancements for optimization, running reports, and interacting with vendors for system interfaces. The role also provides technical assistance, training, and problem resolution for HRIS systems like Workday HCM and Kronos, ensuring all system documentation and training materials are current. The initial 60 days of this role will be on-site, transitioning to a hybrid model requiring 2 days a month on-site thereafter.
