In this mid‑level individual contributor role, you will be a key member of our centralized HRIS team, owning configuration, integrations, and reporting across multiple Workday modules and ensuring that our HR systems and data effectively support o9’s global growth. What you’ll do Workday configuration & optimization Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday configuration across key modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance/Talent, Time & Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and other functional areas. Configure and optimize business processes, condition rules, validation rules, and security roles to align with evolving business requirements. Participate in Workday release management activities, including impact assessment, regression testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements. Integrations, data integrity & governance Configure and maintain integration services, including manual EIBs and scheduled interfaces with third‑party providers. Monitor and resolve integration and data issues in partnership with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and controls to support compliance and reliable analytics. Reporting, analytics & insights Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the needs of HR, Finance, and business leadership. Develop, schedule, and distribute recurring HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests in a timely and accurate manner. Analyze HR data trends and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that inform key business decisions. Leverage advanced Workday capabilities—such as Prism Analytics or Extend—where applicable to expand reporting and analytics capabilities. User enablement & continuous improvement Document configurations, processes, and user guides; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in HR processes and system usage. Provide Tier 2 support for Workday inquiries from HR and business stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted partner. Participate in HRIS initiatives and projects, including new module implementations, enhancements, and process redesign efforts. What you’ll bring Experience 2–6 years of HRIS or similar systems experience, with at least 2+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration and reporting. Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (for example: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance/Talent, Time & Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Learning). Experience working in a company with global operations and exposure to region‑specific HR requirements. HRIS system implementation or major enhancement project experience (requirements, testing, go‑live, and stabilization). Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Skills Advanced proficiency in Workday Administration, including configuration of business processes and security, and building custom reports and dashboards. Strong experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs and scheduled interfaces with third‑party systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleansing). Solid understanding of HR data structures, HR processes, and core HR functions. Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and issues while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or similar advanced Workday tools is a strong plus. Requirements
