The HRIS/Payroll Specialist will work directly with ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls for multiple countries as assigned. The incumbent will be responsible for all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization's payroll processing objectives, including relationships with other HR staff, payroll vendors, internal and external auditors and state and federal agencies. Assist with administering any of the company's employee benefits programs, related to payroll. Provides interactive support with payroll to ensure proper payment, funding and taxation of employee benefit programs. The HRIS/Payroll Specialist administers day-to-day payroll and HRIS functions, guarantees data accuracy in payroll records, integrates system updates, and supports HR and employee requests. This HRIS/Payroll Specialist JD blends payroll processing proficiency with HR system management and employee service orientation, aligning with best practices for this hybrid HR-IT role.
