We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving system enhancements, improving data integrity, and enabling seamless integrations across HR and business applications. The HRIS Manager will play a key role in evaluating opportunities for system modernization—including the potential adoption of a new HRIS platform—ensuring that any future transitions are executed with strong governance, smooth migration, and business alignment. In partnership with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams, this role will also lead the implementation of AI-driven and automation solutions to enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and strengthen workforce analytics capabilities. This position requires deep integration expertise, hands-on experience with Workday or comparable enterprise HR platforms, and strong knowledge of emerging HR technology and AI applications.
