The HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall governance and optimization of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role leads the day-to-day management of Workday HCM, oversees a team of HRIS/Workday analysts, and partners closely with HR functional leaders, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday effectively supports business operations, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives. The Manager serves as the primary functional owner of Workday HCM, ensuring system integrity, scalable configuration, effective change management, and a high-quality end user experience across HR, managers, and employees.
