Reporting to the head of HR, the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Lead is a hands-on, standalone role that serves as the sole subject matter expert (SME) and owner of the organization’s HR systems and integrations. This position is responsible for personally managing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing all HRIS platforms, including the ICIMS system, Workday, UKG, ADP and Unanet. The HRIS Lead owns the end-to-end HR systems landscape, with deep technical knowledge of how the ICIMS system integrates with HR systems and how Workday data flows into Finance/Payroll, IT, and external vendors. This role performs both strategic and operational work, acting as system architect, administrator, integration lead, analyst, and primary support resource for all HRS-related processes. A critical aspect of this responsibility includes ensuring the HRIS data structures support and integrate with the data management systems within other functions. He/she will create capabilities that enable functional and business leadership to make evidence-based decisions. He/she will lead the implementation and management of standardized and well-documented process workflows and data frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality insights through data analysis, at increasing levels of scale and satisfaction. This role will drive successful completion of key initiatives in the Human Resources function, and interface with other functional areas of the business to collaborate and drive innovation. The HRIS Lead is a strategic thinker, able to collaboratively solve complex business problems that align with the needs and values of the organization.
