About The Role: The HRIS Lead is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the HR technology ecosystem and managing a team of HRIS Analysts. This role drives operational excellence, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the effective use of ADP and other HR systems to support business goals. The HRIS Lead partners closely with HR, IT, and Payroll stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Transdev’s primary employee database is ADP Enterprise. The role will have responsibility for the management and training of the HRIS team, end-user support, training of business process owners, responding to data requests, and complex reporting needs.
