The Lead HRIS will be responsible for overseeing and supporting activities throughout the technology lifecycle related to the Human Resources infrastructure for business processes and systems. The Lead HRIS collaborates with business leadership to understand strategies and works to develop technology solutions required to enable Human Resource technology. This position leads implementation projects, systems changes, project plans, testing plans, and change management plans. The Lead HRIS serves as a liaison to IS to lead collaboration on design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement efforts related to the entire Human Resource platform.
