Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work. We are looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join our team for summer 2026. The goal of an HRIS Data Analyst at Wisk is to ensure that data is gathered, accurate and insightful . You will be part of the HR team that supports business decisions, workforce planning and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Human Resources Management or a related HR-focused discipline
  • Familiarity with HR processes and handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Strong attention to data details.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the HR organization, and deployed in HRIS you will act as a HRIS Data Analyst for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
  • You will take part in learning Workday and turning raw data into useful workforce insights that leaders can act on.
  • You will help support problem solving activities in data quality, employee experience metrics and identify process improvements.
  • You will take part in building dashboards and reporting that help leaders make smarter people decisions.
  • Additional projects include documentation and survey management.
