About The Position

Clarvida is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst Consultant to support and optimize our HR technology environment. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving HR systems—primarily ADP Workforce Now—while partnering with HR, IT, and Operations to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and scalable system design. This is a hands‑on consulting role ideal for an HRIS professional who enjoys system re‑engineering, problem‑solving, and translating business needs into technical solutions in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR systems administration, or HR data analytics.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, compensation, or multi‑state HR operations.
  • Experience in consulting or contract‑based HRIS roles.
  • Background in process redesign, system optimization, or HRIS transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in multi‑entity or high‑growth organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ATS, onboarding, payroll, benefits).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure accurate, reliable functionality across modules.
  • Support system integrations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data.
  • Manage HRIS security roles, access permissions, and audits.
  • Build and deliver standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, compliance, workforce metrics).
  • Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements (EEOC, state and federal reporting).
  • Analyze current HR workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize processes.
  • Re‑engineer manual or multi‑step processes into efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for HRIS‑related issues.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve issues in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance, training, and job aids to HR, recruiters, and business users.
  • Partner with HRIS vendors, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders on system implementations and enhancements.
  • Support testing (UAT), deployment, and post‑implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure system solutions align with business needs, compliance requirements, and data governance standards.
