The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the team and a subject matter expert for HR systems and tools. This role ensures successful and accurate administration, operation, and alignment of the systems with the company’s strategic objectives and goals. The HRIS Analyst ensures data integrity and focuses on data analysis and system administration, contributing to timely, reliable, and accurate information by performing data quality control, reporting, case management, and entry services for the HR Systems. The HRIS Analyst will be part of a collaborative team environment where they will be continually learning, doing meaningful work, and adding value to our organization.
