Join our team as an HRIS Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support efficient processes and data integrity across the organization. The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst maintains the design, configuration, and administration of one or more Human Resource Information Systems. This role consults with the organization on system processes, efficiencies, and usability. In collaboration/partnership with internal stakeholders, the analyst will analyze business processes and the capabilities of the HRIS system or other technology platforms to recommend and implement process changes that improve efficiency and the user experience with the system.
