About The Position

Our Human Resources team is looking for an HRIS Analyst who will help support our growing technical landscape. As an HRIS Analyst, the primary purpose will be to provide technical support and expertise to the Human Resources team to help them support the business effectively. This includes implementation, documentation, testing, training, and support of new and existing IT systems in use in their assigned business unit.

Requirements

  • 2 year degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of HRIS or IT System Administration related experience
  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of HRIS or IT System Administration systems
  • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering HRIS systems.
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of customers.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well required.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous work situations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks such as configuration, permissions management, and monitoring in HRIS systems
  • Create and maintain workflows to support HR processes
  • Develop and analyze reports to support management decision making
  • Provide functional human resource expertise during and after system implementation
  • Analyze business process needs, develop and implement appropriate solutions
  • Participate in Change Management, including review, planning, testing, and communication of change following established practices
  • Create and maintain system and user documentation for HRIS systems
  • Provide second level support for troubleshooting issues with HRIS systems
