The HR Operations & HRIS Analyst provides senior-level analytical and execution support across HR operations and HR technology, with a strong focus on data integrity, process consistency, and system optimization. This role is responsible for executing approved HR actions in the HRIS, managing HR Action Forms (HRAFs), supporting reporting and audits, and assisting with the implementation and rollout of UKG Ready. Reporting to the Senior Leader, HR Operations & HRIS, this role serves as a key operational partner by translating HR strategy and system design into accurate, timely, and compliant execution. The Senior Analyst supports system enhancements, testing, documentation, and post-implementation stabilization efforts, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across HR operations.
