The HRIS Specialist serves as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Goodwill South Florida’s Human Resources Information Systems, with a strong focus on Paycom and workforce data integrity. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure system accuracy, compliance, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvement. This position blends technical HRIS expertise, data analytics, and regulatory reporting, while also supporting HR operations through system optimization, audits, and user support.
