We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors configuration , with a primary focus on the Performance & Goals modules . This role will play a key part in enhancing, configuring, and supporting performance management processes to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives. This is a hands-on functional and technical role, well suited for someone who can balance day-to-day system support with continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and user enablement. Experience supporting adjacent HR systems such as Workday and Infor WFM Workbrain is a plus.
