Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our global HR systems and data operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR technology, improving processes, and ensuring data integrity across the organization. You will partner closely with HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors to implement new functionality, support ongoing system operations, and deliver meaningful reporting and insights that help drive business decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, including Dayforce
  • Proven ability to manage data accurately and support technical HR systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderate to complex system and data issues
  • Experience with HRIS reporting tools and data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy, management, and day-to-day operations of HRIS initiatives, projects, and applications.
  • Build and maintain workflows and online processes including employee lifecycle changes, performance management, and benefits enrollment.
  • Provide production support including data processing, workflow management, audits, and scheduled system maintenance or mass updates.
  • Research and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain data accuracy, mapping rules, and overall system integrity.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, queries, and organizational charts using reporting tools.
  • Develop standard and custom reporting templates to support HR and business needs.
  • Monitor and support compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Partner with HR and IT to review, test, and implement new modules, enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR system efficiency and user experience.
  • Document processes and implement enhancements related to policy or organizational changes.
  • Train HR and business users on system functionality, codes, and data entry standards.
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR, IT, payroll, finance, and external vendors (benefits, system providers, etc.).
  • Support end users by troubleshooting portal and system issues and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Help ensure systems are optimized to support business goals and employee experience.
