Your Role: HRCA Change Management & Communications Academic Worker In your role as the HRCA Change Management & Communications Academic Worker, you’ll work alongside the TA Operations Director to support key HRCA initiatives by translating and localizing project materials. You will play a critical role in enabling a smooth change management experience by helping create and adapt clear, effective communication resources for HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university
  • Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) required.
  • Experience creating or editing presentation or communication materials
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in Canva or Adobe’s creative suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and foster relationships

Responsibilities

  • Support the translation and localization of HRCA project materials to ensure clarity and consistency across audiences
  • Assist in the development of management and communication resources for HRBPs, managers, and employees
  • Help format, design, and enhance presentation and communication materials
  • Partner with project stakeholders to ensure materials align with change objectives and communication timelines
