About The Position

HR Transformation L&D Specialist Job Purpose To support the implementation of people development strategy in order to improve the professional skills of the employees and promote the Group as a great place to work. Experience Professional experience in the role or similar: > 3 years Management experience: preferably in multinational context in similar industries, with similar dimensions Languages: English is mandatory, (Spanish desirable) Highest Education Level: Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Master in HR/MBA is a plus Key Responsibilities Collect organizational learning needs and contribute to the design of training and development plans, ensuring that training programs are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Manage and coordinate the internal delivery of training programs, as well as the training calendar, with a particular focus on those that support the company's cultural transformation. Promote compliance with company policies and practices and support the cultural transformation process within the organization. Manage performance evaluations, ensuring proper system usage and analyzing performance metrics. Manage talent identification, succession planning, performance metrics, and career development plans to ensure the growth and retention of key personnel within the organization. Ensure adherence to the organizational culture during the onboarding process and support new employees in their integration experience, offering personalized attention to facilitate their adaptation to the company culture. Be an active participant in region-specific projects, such as initiatives for workplace climate, volunteer programs, and any other activities designated by the corporate office.
