As an HR Technology Consultant, you’ll be at the center of transforming how our teams experience HR systems—jumping in to solve issues, drive smart enhancements, and champion improvements from testing and documentation through training and change adoption. We’re looking for someone who loves digging into challenges, partnering with HR and business stakeholders, and turning complex needs into clear, scalable solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with confidence, and know how to keep multiple priorities moving, you’ll feel right at home. Strong HRIS maintenance, optimization, and project management experience are key, and hands-on Workday experience is a big plus. Most importantly, we want someone who brings fresh ideas, thinks creatively, and isn’t afraid to leverage AI tools to explore possibilities, validate approaches, and elevate the way work gets done.
