Role Purpose: This role is focused on execution and stabilization, not ongoing HR operations or strategic program ownership. The HR Systems Analyst will stabilize, clean, and strengthen HR systems, with a focus on data integrity, system reliability, and accurate reporting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: fix what’s broken, standardize what’s messy, and document how things actually work. 6-Month Outcomes: By the end of the contract, this role will have: - Improved accuracy and consistency of HR data - Resolved system gaps, errors, and recurring issues - Delivered reliable HR reporting - Documented core HRIS processes and data standards - Reduced manual work and ad-hoc fixes
