The Human Resources Support Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to the HR Support Services team. In this role, the manager will ensure all case requests are worked to completion and meet the established performance targets. This role will be responsible for responding to HCM Workday requests and issues. This position facilitates continuous improvements to maximize efficiencies while providing exceptional, consistent, and timely service. Will identify and implement changes to business processes as needed.
