About The Position

Join our dynamic HR team and provide exceptional support to employees by guiding them through HR policies and procedures, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely case management. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and technical skills, along with a solid understanding of HR programs and basic legal compliance. You’ll actively contribute to process improvements and participate in key projects, helping us deliver consistent and effective HR solutions. In-office presence is required. Under direct supervision, provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, employee and/or labor relations, pay advice, compensation administration, benefits administration, people development and training.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources procedures.
  • Experience with leveraging AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks, analyze HR data, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Ability to work autonomy and handle multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Demonstrates initiative to anticipate, define and resolve issues.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.

Benefits

  • Salary: $22.00-$28.80/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
