Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6-12 months of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis and support
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • A dedication to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry trends

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Additional relevant certifications or coursework are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in data analysis and support HR initiatives, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support to HR teams on various projects and tasks.
  • Help maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Support HR reporting and data management.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks.
  • Assist in basic employee relations tasks.
  • Participate in HR training and development activities.
