About The Position

SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study. Why you’ll love this role: As an SWBC intern, you will be learning on the job in real-time from talented professionals within the financial services industry. We will develop, teach, mentor, and support your efforts throughout the internship. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related program at an accredited university/college.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Approachable demeanor and strong motivation to go above and beyond what is asked.
  • Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects / tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction well from multiple people.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Able to travel locally.
  • Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams with various staffing and onboarding processes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
