About The Position
We are seeking an HR Specialist- Process & Compliance to manage and execute day-to-day human resources compliance and operational processes. This role serves as a trusted liaison between leaders and HR, ensuring consistent understanding and application of HR policies, programs, and regulatory requirements across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and brings strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum five (5) years of general HR experience, including employee relations, employment law, and leader coaching
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
